You grant access. Every integration runs on the platform’s own API, so it only works once you authorise us from inside your account. Nothing connects without your say-so, and you can revoke it whenever you want.
Basic integrations are included. Passing new leads and contact-form submissions from your site into your CRM comes with your plan. Reasonable limits apply, on volume and on which standard fields we map.
Advanced work is a separate arrangement. Two-way sync, custom fields, high volume, or anything that leans on a platform’s heavier endpoints is scoped and priced with you first, so there are no surprises.
