What working with us looks like, step by step

Most agencies are vague about this on purpose. A vague timeline is hard to be held to. Here is ours in order, from the report in your inbox within two days to the part where you have to wait.

Your audit report lands

We count what your market searches for from live Google results and measure the share you win today. Within about 48 hours you get the report, plus a call to walk through it: how many people search in your market, what you win now, what the gap is worth in jobs and revenue, and why you are losing it, ranked by what each reason costs you. If the gap is small and a rebuild would not pay off, we tell you, and you keep the plan anyway.

Your prototype goes up, if you added it

If you bought the prototype, a working preview of your rebuilt site appears at a private link. We reserve up to seven days to build it. You look at it on your phone, in your truck, and decide whether you want it: your pages, your services, online booking, already there.

Month 1

You go live

If you decide to build, the site typically launches about a month after you sign. Your pages, your services, online booking, and the specific pages your market was already searching for and could not find.

Month 2

Thirty days of corrections, on us

Once you are live, you get thirty days to find everything that is wrong. Broken links, a photo in the wrong place, a phone number that reads oddly on a small screen. Send a screenshot from your phone and we fix it. This is included, on us, with nothing charged on top of your plan.

Month 3

The ongoing work settles into a rhythm

The correction window closes and the rest of your plan takes over: hosting, maintenance, and the search work your strategy prioritised, shaped to your goals, your season, and your market. Your site is already working for you while you are still paying for it.

Months 3 to 6

Rankings start to move

This is the part nobody wants to say out loud, so we will. Google does not reward a new site immediately. It takes months. Mack Morris went live in a month and reached page one on four core searches within six. If somebody promises you page one in three weeks, they are either lying or planning to spam, and both end badly.

Month 13

The initial term ends and the site is yours

The 12-month initial term closes and full ownership of the website transfers to you. Keep us on month to month for hosting and ongoing search work, or take it and go. You are not locked into anything past the term.

Every build ships with something worth coming back for

Ranking gets people to your site. Something they enjoy is what makes them stay, share it, and remember you. So every build includes one signature tool, custom to your trade: useful, a little bit delightful, and yours alone.

What we need from you

Access to your Google Search Console, which is how we measure the share of your market you win today. If it is not set up, or nobody knows who has it, we set it up for you. That is a common starting point and easily sorted. A rough sense of your close rate and your average job value, so we can turn the gap into money; if you would rather keep those to yourself, we show the gap in searches and clicks. And feedback within about five working days when we send you something, because the timeline above assumes you are there when we need you.

You never log into anything, and you never have to learn a tool. Send a screenshot from your phone and describe the problem in your own words. That is enough.

You review and accept the terms inside the signup, before anything is charged. What the audit costs is on the pricing page, and the plan numbers are on the plans page.
