How the ServiceTitan integration works
You grant us access. The integration runs on ServiceTitan’s own API, so it only connects once you authorise us from inside your ServiceTitan account. Nothing touches your data without your say-so, and you can revoke access whenever you want.
Basic integrations are included. Passing leads and contact-form submissions from your site into ServiceTitan comes with your plan. Reasonable limits apply, on volume and on the standard fields we map.
Advanced work is a separate arrangement. Two-way sync, custom fields, high volume, or anything built on ServiceTitan’s heavier endpoints is scoped and priced with you first. No surprises, and nothing starts before you agree to it.
