How the ServiceM8 integration works
You grant us access. The integration runs on ServiceM8’s own API, so it only connects once you authorise us from inside your ServiceM8 account. Nothing touches your data without your say-so, and you can revoke access whenever you want.
Basic integrations are included. Passing leads and contact-form submissions from your site into ServiceM8 comes with your plan. Reasonable limits apply, on volume and on the standard fields we map.
Advanced work is a separate arrangement. Two-way sync, custom fields, high volume, or anything built on ServiceM8’s heavier endpoints is scoped and priced with you first. No surprises, and nothing starts before you agree to it.
